We host this website with Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you access the website, technical connection data (in particular IP address, time of access, page requested, browser type) are processed insofar as this is necessary for secure and stable delivery.

A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. Any transfer to the USA is safeguarded on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of our online offering).

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are in particular browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, time of the server request and the IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.

The collection is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website and to ensure IT security.

If you contact us by email, your details will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing the enquiry).

Data collected via the contact form (name, email address, optionally company, and your message) is processed solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR as well as Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

To send the form message we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as a processor. This may involve a transfer to the USA, safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

This website does not set cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not use any tracking or web analytics services. No usage profiles are created.

The fonts used on this website are served locally from our server (self-hosted via Next.js). When the pages are accessed, there is no connection to third-party servers such as Google Fonts; no personal data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the string “https://” in your browser's address bar.
